Sentient’s Vice President Jon Epstein and Product Manager for Ascend in Japan Yuki Yoshida spoke at Ad:Tech Tokyo, currently Asia’s largest marketing conference with over 15,000 attendees. Taking place between October 17-18th, 2017, Epstein and Yoshida spoke at 10 different seminars on Ascend–starting with a background on Sentient, an introduction on evolutionary algorithms, and a discussion on how Sentient uses them to optimize user experiences and designs to grow online sales and conversions.
Ad:Tech is a global marketing conference where brands, agencies, media and solution providers come together to discuss the latest trends, innovations and technologies in the advertising world. This was the 9th year for Ad:Tech Tokyo with over 200 speakers from both Japan and overseas offered insights about ad technology and also AI-powered marketing innovation. Sentient was joined by our partners in crime, Rakuten, to address the growing hunger for improvements in conversion rates in Japan.
